We had zero problems navigating subways and buses. Ask for assistance at the concierge desk if you’re intimidated. The subway IS NYC

Don't stay here in December. I recommend visiting the lobby and taking photos but stay elsewhere.

If you want a fridge or kettle, ask Housekeeping to send one up to your room. The coffee shop Pomme Palais is well worth a visit.
